Matthew P. Feser is an experienced litigator, whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Feser has represented U.S. and foreign clients in litigation in the United States and in Europe. He has represented individuals and public and private corporations in disputes before the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the American Arbitration Association. He has also practiced before various international arbitral tribunals including The London Court of International Arbitration and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the AAA and has been involved in matters before the International Chamber of Commerce and the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution. Mr. Feser is admitted to practice law in New York State courts and the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York
