On behalf of its client, the firm won two appeals in the First Department. The case involves a 13-year litigation between an existing co-op and the developer and owners of a new building next door. The First Department rejected two appeals by the owner of the co-op from pre-trial decisions by the trial court, clearing the way for a trial. 17 East 96th St. Owners Corp. v.
